Day 2 of living like Gwyneth and I’ve stocked up on two pots of humus (Co-op’s finest: red pepper, and lemon and coriander) which I plan to have with some chopped up crunchy vegetable batons. I slice a cucumber and a green pepper, which, due to having been left in the fridge overnight, are almost frozen and very watery. It’s like dipping frozen, green, solid water into humus. In a word: not very nice (I know that’s three but these are troubled times).
